Homeless Link Data Portal
Redesigning and developing new analytics for the Homeless Link website to ensure it is the best place to access open data on homelessness in the UK.
This project is in the early stages, but Homeless Link are due to commission Illustrating Impact based on their previously well received work in the sector on the Homelessness Atlas.
Homeless Link are doing a full redesign of their website, of which one area gives visualisations on the data surrounding homelessness. We will be working with Homeless Link to transition these across to the new data structure provided by the government. We will also look to improve the overall user experience of the site and include new data sources that Homeless Link hold that have not been previously made public. The objective is to make this a powerful resource for audiences across the general public, journalists and policy makers working to end homelessness.
